Comparative Study of Perinatal Outcome in Uncomplicated Monochorionic Diamniotic versus Dichorionic Diamniotic Twins at a Specialized Twin Clinic—A Prospective Study

All twins, whose chorionicity was determined before 14 weeks with two live fetuses 24 weeks, were recruited. Complicated diamniotic (MCDA) twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, anemia polycythemia selective fetal growth restriction single or double demise excluded. Other exclusion criteria major congenital chromosomal abnormalities, order multiples, monoamniotic undetermined antenatally. Both groups followed till delivery neonates 28 days.
